Instruction for Children
Oral Chelation/Longevity Plus Formula
Recommended Dosage for Children:
It is okay to open capsule + crush caplet and mix with
small amounts of food or drink.
Children ages 4 to 7:
First 5 days: ½ PM (capsule) and ½ AM (caplet) every other day.
Day 6 -10: Follow instructions above but now everyday.
Day 11-15: Progress to 1 PM (capsule) and 1 AM (caplet) every other day.
Day 16-20: Follow instructions of day 11-15 but now everyday
Day 21-25: Progress to 2 PM (capsules) and 2 AM (caplets) every other day.
Day 26-30: Progress to 2 PM (capsules) and 2 AM (caplets) everyday.
Children ages 8 to 12:
Week 1 (for 7 days): Start with 1 PM (capsule) and 1 AM (caplet) every other day.
Week 2 (for 7 days): Progress to 1 PM and 1 AM everyday.
Week 3 (for 7 days): Progress to 2 PM and 2 AM every other day.
Week 4 (for 7 days): Progress to 2 PM and 2 AM everyday.
Week 5 (Forward): Progress to 3 PM and 3 AM everyday.
The first day a child experiences any negative effects, discontinue for 1-3 days (or until all negative effects subside), have them drink plenty of water, and then restart at the beginning instructions. Restarting is common. If taking medications or other supplements, wait a minimum of one hour (the longer period of time in-between, the better) before or after taking our formula.
Extended Health recommends that parents always consult their Doctors before giving children nutritional supplements.

For 13 years old and older:
Week 1 (for 7-10 days): Start with 1 PM (capsule) and 1 AM (caplet) everyday.
Week 2 (for 7-10 days): Progress to 2 PM and 2 AM everyday.
Week 3 (Forward): Progress to 3 PM and 3 AM everyday.
If you experience any discomfort (fatigue, headaches, irritability, etc) the formula may be pulling toxins from the body faster than you have the ability to eliminate them. This would be a positive indication that the detoxification process is working, but working too fast. Discontinue the formula for 1-3 full days, drinking plenty of water, and restart the instructions at the beginning.
Program recommendation is 4 to 6 months. Long term supplementation is excellent for your health.
Take medication and other supplements at least one hour before or after this formula.
Keep all supplements and medications out of the reach of children.
Warning: Not for use by pregnant or lactating women. Women of child-bearing age should consult with their physician before using this product. Not for persons with kidney or serious liver problems.
